Jun 2025 — PresentBuilding and scaling practical AI workflows, developer capabilities and governed infrastructure for internal product teams.
- Shipped an AI-powered service desk triage system, cutting issue-to-resolution time from 3 months to 1 month.
- Built and own the central platform for AI-enabled internal applications — a governed, standardised path to production used by 7 business-critical consumers.
- Built a quarterly planning blueprint where an AI agent reads GitHub PRs, Jira tickets and templates to produce structured planning output, replacing a manual process across the digital platform teams.
- Led the rollout of AI Skills and created the divisional Design System Skill, embedding standardised, compliant conventions directly into developer tooling.
- Created the intake and prioritisation framework for internal tools and chaired biweekly security governance sessions with Security and technology governance.
- Launched the Chase home redesign to 3 million customers and led web banking research across the UK and Germany that secured C-level approval.

- Shipped 100+ financial-assistance and collections workflows for the UK credit-card launch, replacing manual processes with scalable automation.
- Owned the Chase side of an API integration with an external debt-management vendor — a secure document experience for 2.5 million users that accelerated the unsecured-lending programme by six months.

- Co-built and validated AI/MLOps solutions with partners including Domino Data Lab and Entrust, supporting adoption by major regulated financial institutions.
- Monitored DORA and the EU AI Act, translating regulation into customer and product implications.
- Led the creation of financial-services categories in the VMware Partner Marketplace, onboarding 10 partners end-to-end.
